Non-English communities are supposed to host their translations themselves? So we are not going to have $lang.wiki.archlinux.org? What about languages not having a strong enough community but still having a team of translators?
I am saying, that translations should not be in the same wiki. If there is a community which does not have the ressources to host their own I am sure we'll find a solution for them.
