Dear Exhibitors,
the planning of our exhibition area is finally done. On the attached plan you can see where your booth will be located. Unfortunately, it's not sure yet, how many bar tables we can provide, so the correspoonding marks the plan (the yellow circles) are still provisional. However, there will be a wall behind each booth, on which you can fix posters with velcro tape, which you can get from us. If you plan to bring a few computers to your booth, please bring your own ethernet switches and power strips, too. You can prepare your booth from 6 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. on Saturday.
Please send us the names of the people who will run your booth (if you don't have yet), so we can deposit exhibitor tickets for them at our cash desks. With those exhibitor tickets you get free entrance and free catering at FrOSCon.
If you've got a booth or a project room free of charge for your open source project (this does not apply if you have a paid booth, that is e.g. part of a sponsoring package), we'd kindly ask you to take care that you do not display any information, flyers, logos or other merchandise gifts from companies who do not support us through a paid sponsorship.
Those sponsorships provide the funding needed in order to organize the conference and provide you with free-of-charge rooms, booths, catering and hopefully a great FrOSCon overall.

OK, let's make it like this: We'll wait at the entrance till 8:30; after that you'll find us at our booth. (from the entrance left hand)
For those new to this: there should be a special entry for "VIPs" at the left side (from 004 on the map). If you see someone with an Arch shirt that's probably me. :-)

It's +- 2,5 hours driving for me, I'll leave here at 6 or so.
About the "vip entry" (whatever that is): I think I'll first find you guys and then you can tell/show me what I should know ;)

I will be there between 7.30 - 8.00 am
I have to drive 250km by car, so it can be earlier or later.

I'll arrive in Bonn late in the evening on Friday, so I should be in Sankt Augustin early in the morning (1 hour timezone shift helps getting up early :-P).

Program starts at 10a.m. - I'll have to drive 450km by car. I'll try to be there between until 9 but you all know the traffic around Cologne.
We should exchange phone numbers like all years before. Pierre, is Diana also on the list for both people for a free ticket?

I still don't have numbers for Andy, Pierre, Gerhard, Roman. For Roman, it might not matter anyway, as his roaming prices are apparently through the rooftop. I will wait until tomorrow at noon, then send around the list with what I have now.
