[arch-general] mkinitcpio: fsck - Does it actually make sense?

Hi, I'm wondering whether it makes actually sense to include the fsck hook into the initial ramdisk. With the "current" switch to systemd filesystems get fsck'ed by default anyway, so it seems to be sort of redundant. Is there something I'm missing here, or how do you handle this? [arch-general] Beginner's Guide: Disable dhcpd service before setting static ip

Hi, In the setting up network section of beginner's guide [1], there should be an instruction to disable dhcpd service before setting up the static ip, otherwise dhcpd automatically rewrites the resolv.conf file, removing user set details. Wanted to confirm if I am right. Can I edit the wiki to include the instruction: 'systemctl stop dhcpd.service' in the beginning of the "Wired" section? That'd be fine and I might know what to do about it if I knew where spamd was trying to create it and, for that matter, under what user. I couldn't find a word on the English Arch website and just the information that it is ignored now, without a hint what to do, on the German website. Guys today in a scrum meeting we were discussing the need of guidelines to improve our corporative wiki. I remmember archwiki had a section as ways to contribute to the wiki. I found some materials as https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/General_Recommendations https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Forum_Etiquette https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ArchWiki:Contributing#Organizing But I remmember there was some more specific material which seems to be merged with the archway https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/The_Arch_Way I know in this guidelines they pointed the need of a section as: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ArchWiki:Requests and https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ArchWiki:Contributing Would any of you know if this material is still around (maybe in some other language?)
