[arch-general] Update delayed for more of two months, Lyx v2.1.4

Hi guys, After more than two months ago Lyx [1] released the version 2.1.4 [2], this is a minor and maintenance release (strongly recommended), in august, and after flagged as out-date and wait some days, I contacted with the maintainer (Ronald) and he didn't answer me (I understand, maybe he is busy) I tested for more of two months and this release work fine, I would like to be the maintainer of this package but I am not TU. [arch-general] systemctl problems with enable,disable,start,stop

Hi, I have installed archlinux from zero. And when I enable anything service the command is slow and i get this error: [root@arch-kodi-nas maykel]# systemctl enable network(a)enp2s0.service Error getting authority: Error initializing authority: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1: Timeout was reached (g-io-er ror-quark, 24) Created symlink from /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/network(a)enp2s0.service to /etc/systemd/system/network@.service. Hi, libxcb 1.12 has been pushed into [extra], but depends on xcb-proto >= 1.12 which is still in [testing]. Is that a sync issue or a mistake? Thanks, Bruno

Hello all. The question was slightly misunderstood. I'm the friend that rosanna mentioned was helping her. The actual situation is that we were trying to install talking arch and the installer will not talk. I have vmware workstation player on her computer and set up a vm for it. However, when connecting the cd and booting the vm there is no audio. [arch-general] Libarchive 3.2

Hi! I see that libarchive is still at 3.1.2 which is 3 years old, while latest version is now 3.2, released circa a month ago. I already saw it is tagged as out of date, but still it has not been updated. So...is there any issue blocking its update? Or is just packager away for some time? :) Thanks everyone! Federico
