The solutions I've found is to use devmon (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=45842) instead of KDE's automounting system, and configured it to mount FAT32 with flush option. OK, then I think the issue is really the fact that KDE makes it look like unmount is complete when in fact it isn't.
