[arch-general] Maybe a bug about diskless installation of Arch

The shutdown script was written without thinking the diskless machine. It try to bring down the network and to do more works to clean the machine. But in diskless system, if the network is bring down, the rootfs can not be accessed anymore, so the shuting down process will dead .............. I'll fill a bug report on the archlinux.org
