Do you see anything abnormal?
How to add "clocksource=HPET" to boot line if that is the problem?

Zech: Everything seems fine. Did you notice any other errors or warnings in /var/log/everything? This is for syslinux.cfg. I'm not sure how it would work in grub/grub2. append initrd=/initramfs-linux.img root=/dev/disk/by-uuid/067395a0-8575-4323-9cf6-3cf501b66547 rootflags=,relatime,user_xattr,barrier=1,data=ordered rootfstype=ext4 graphics=345 ipv6.disable_ipv6=1 clocksource=hpet Sorry I couldn't help.
