It might be the mirror's fault. It might had not synchronized correctly. On 8/14/19 9:07 PM, Dan Sommers wrote:
Greetings,
I tried to install XFCE4 4.14 (i.e., the xfce4 and xfce4-goodies groups) this morning, and some of the packages can't be found.
Relevant exerpts from pacman's output:
error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-diskperf-plugin-2.6.1-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404 error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-fsguard-plugin-1.1.0-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404 error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-mpc-plugin-0.5.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404 error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-netload-plugin-1.3.1-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404 error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-smartbookmark-plugin-0.5.0-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404 error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-systemload-plugin-1.2.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404 error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-time-out-plugin-1.0.2-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404 error: failed retrieving file 'xfce4-wavelan-plugin-0.6.0-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : The requested URL returned error: 404
The rest of the installation seemed to go well.
Is this a matter of waiting for the new release to propagate?
Is there a good/better place to report this (as a bug or otherwise)?
Thanks, Dan
