If I reboot the computer several times, it finishes working, or if I
issue a /etc/rc.d/gdm restart. But this is my wife's computer, and I would like it to work as it should...
I have another six computers, and I don't know how many virtual

Your message is a little unclear. When you first boot up your computer, what do you see?
Do you have anything funky in /etc/gdm/custom.conf?
Have you looked through /var/log/gdm/*?
I'm sorry, my english is not as good as it should... I see the greeting screen of GDM, but where it should be the user list, there is not anything. Only the computer name. I'll check that files this afternoon, when I'm back at home. Thanks
