This post is from 2004, and there are no any significant issues mentioned.
So without an option for "localtime" in rc.conf, it will effectively prevent a real dual-boot solution. Not a big impact, but strange that localtime isn't fully supported.
localtime is a mess, it were told here zillion times. Maybe you'll better run Windows in virtual machine instead? -- Kirill Churin Jabber: reflexing@reflexing.ru
