[arch-general] package xboard long outdated, new pkgbuild attached

Hi, The xboard package in extra has been long outdated and orphaned. I have attached my own PKGBUILD which includes an .desktop file to ease the use. Can any maintainer just update it? Thank you for your kind attention. Best Regards,
