To my knowledge the Arch wiki has already been adapted. The switch was pretty painless, but the name of the array in the nextcloud config has changed.
Also will there be corresponding php-valkey and php-legacy-valkey packages to replace the php-redis ones?
New packages aside from php-redis/php-legacy-redis are not necessary. Upstream states that it is compatible with valkey, too [1]. To my knowledge the transition story for python-redis is still a bit unclear though.
