If there is only a handful of vim plug-ins that does not yet support python 3, how about letting the community help with porting them for the next 30 days. Gvim with python 3 support can be pushed to [testing] in order to help the transition. Then after 30 days have passed, make a clean break to gvim/py3 and move gvim/py2 to AUR. Porting vim plug-ins from py2 to py3 *should* be relatively easy and this method should be both clean and user friendly. - Alexander / xyproto
