Looks like your mail server is broken. An IP can have several hostnames.
Could you explain what you are using to filter emails? If you really check if the ehlo domain/ip is the same as the rdns you might get very few emails. ;-)
I check if the HELO looks valid (haven't yet had problems with that) and if IP -> hostname -> IP == IP that wants to send the mail. This should work with most valid mailserver.
