[arch-general] Stable 4.8 series and 4.9

Hi, Could someone guide me to any doc on kernel update / version change policy for arch? I see we have a 4.8.16 released but not built for arch and 4.9.1 (in testing) that is, but still early in its release cycle. Regards Phil -- Play the game, for the games sake.
