I cannot confirm this because I don't use Firefox under Linux but it's a well known fact that Linux builds of Firefox can lack some features that are available in Windows builds. MoCo/MoFo cares less about Linux than about Windows. :-(

Sorry for the late reply. Anyways if you go to File->Page Setup then click manage custom size, you can then add your print margins.
