Checked. There was one error about an xrandr extension, removed that, but still not working. I think it is a compatibility issue. When I first start, I can hit where I know an app launcher is in the dock and the app will start, just not seeing anything there... I've removed it, installed it, enabled it, it just doesn't show, and nothing shows in the .xsession-errors file.

Have you checked it with the gnome debug window? alt-f2 "lg". Check errors there. Probably not compatible with gnome 3.2 would be my guess.
