I don't think so, the whole message should be: Superblock last write time is in the future. (by less than a day, probably due to the hardware clock being incorrectly set). FIXED. The fsck issue comes (AFAICT) from https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79576 Systemd 213-6 is now in testing with a patch to remove the recently added "-l" option to fsck in systemd-fsck. Did you try that?
