I've managed to access it again. It seems it was someone connected to my IP. I contacted a developer by email and it's fixed. Thanks everyone for the help.

   Even if Anubis would make address-based choices, it’s an application
running on target’s machine. So it requires connection to be established
and everything loaded. While KevinCrrl reports his browser can’t make
connection. That is a few steps before Anubis would even know about
KevinCrrl.
