I downloaded and installed both packages. Now I got this error when launching K3b:
k3b: error while loading shared libraries: libkcmutils.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Please tell the package maintainer to check it.

Rebuilding it might fix it. Could have been built outside of a chroot or the lib version has changed.
