exactly, it happens because librsvg wasn't installed before gdk-pixbuf2 and now is fixed.
you don't have to rebuild anything from svn, just call gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache as root.

Thanks for the info. There are many things I still don't know. I figured by rebuilding them it would tell me if something was wrong on my machine. Another reason for me not to file a bug report.
