The cache size helped a lot a while back with Wine games I think.
Please read the nvidia readme again. Some of those options may nowadays be enabled by default, obsolete or a bad idea.
For example, RenderAccel is enabled by default.
I don't think I can solve the problem with anything like this. The weirdest thing is that some videos work great, but most don't, unfortunately. I tried accessing various red or other tubes and the fullscreen works properly. :) Anyway, I'm on html5 for the time being, it's not perfect, but it's ok.
