are you against the videocard being listed as a sound output or being listed as default sound output ?

Do you have a HDMI or DiplayPort monitor attached ?

When it becomes enabled it intercepts some apps despite the fact it's not default. Yes, I don have HDMI monitor attached to GPU and it's HDMI sound card.
