Why is the Evolution package in extra evolution 3.12.3-1, https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/evolution/ , when the current stable version from upstream still is 3.12.2?

the latest stable release currently being 3.12.2
"The latest stable release tarballs were uploaded on May 12, 2014:
evolution-3.12.2.tar.xz (NEWS) evolution-data-server-3.12.2.tar.xz (NEWS)" - https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evolution#Get_the_Source_Code
The wiki page wasn't updated for the latest stable release:
https://download.gnome.org/sources/evolution/3.12/
The tags in the Git repositories are the best source of information, not the wiki documentation.
IIUC this doesn't mean that it's the current stable version. "LATEST-IS-3.13.3 23-Jun-2014 07:15" - https://download.gnome.org/sources/evolution/3.13/
IIUC 3.13.2 is the official stable release from upstream. 3.12.2 pardon a typo, ...12..., not ...13... .
