I guess I should have read your email better. If you install the whole xorg group, which is the xorg meta package, you will probably get everything you need, maybe a little extra. On Tue, Feb 10, 2009 at 11:57 PM, Zack <sjoden@gmail.com> wrote:
You need xorg-server xf86-input-mouse xf86-input-keyboard xf86-input-synaptics(for laptops) xf86-video-$brand xorg-xinit(if you want to use startx) xterm(not required, can be useful)
I guess the xorg meta package was never put back.

I ran the command, pacman -S xorg , and it tells me that it is not found. It then asks if I want to install the whole group, which consists of around 10 xorg and xf86 packages. Thanks for any help.
