Needing to spruce up the cube caps on cube rotation in compiz (the old opensuse artwork just wouldn't do), I started messing around with some of the archlinux-artwork. I found one that I like and then added some finishing touches in gimp. A screenshot of the resulting cubecaps and desktop is here:
