I am sure this commit is in 6.2.3 and all later stable kernels - and therefore is in 6.2.5 which is Arch current kernel in core repo. Nope I was wrong - (bad git grep on my part) So sorry.
It is however in 6.2.6 and 6.1.19 (lts).
