[arch-general] missing pacman mirror for Sri Lanka in last update

Hi, Today after the update I've noticed that Sri Lankan arch linux mirror has been removed from the mirror list. Does any one knows reason for this? mirror was at: http://mirror.learn.ac.lk/archlinux/
