[arch-general] How to report bugs

When rebuilding from source, I find build problems here and there. I tried the http://bugs.archlinux.org/ web-page, but all I can do is looking at bug reports, but I find no way to report a new bug. How is it done? Or maybe build problems should not be reported as bugs, but in some other way? Karolina
