[arch-general] adjusting Gnome 3 window placement settings

Hello! Could someone please tell me if there are any user accessible settings to control placement of appication program windows, when using Arch 64-bit with Gnome 3 desktop? If so, where are they and how is the window placement adjusted? Thank you.
