[arch-general] A symlink in /etc

Hello, I found a symlink named os-release in the /etc directory. The package it points to is owned by filesystem, but I don't know which package the symlink belongs to. And I think the symlink is world writable by mistake, but I don't know to whom should I report the bug. Does anyone know something about this?
