The prepositions and postpositions in English play very big role, but it's not easy to "convert" them into Slavic prefixes. "Off" corresponds to "от-" or "вы-", but "отписать" and "выписать" (in Russian) already have totally different meanings. "Затверджую" ("Утверждаю") is more likely boss's resolution, isn't it? So, maybe "Одобряю" ("approve")? ;) Cheers, Sergey
