[arch-general] vim 7.2.25

Hello, Arch Community. I'm unable to contact the vi package maintainer (Tobias Kieslich) so I decided to write here. I have prepared an update for the vim package (see the attachment). Non-trivial changes in the PKGBUILD: - I was removed a stub for the 026ne patch, as it is no more needed; - the code indented to cut X-related stuff from the sample vimrc. It breaks the vimrc for the 7.2, so I just removed that code and provide own (manually fixed) version of vimrc. I hope my work can be useful for arch.
