There are no optdepends for cantata or any of the qt5 packages it depends on.

Are you sure about that? New optional dependencies for qt5-base gtk2: GTK2 plugin [installed] libsm: xcb plugin [installed] libxkbcommon-x11: xcb plugin mtdev: evdev plugin [installed]
