Again, what I propose (not deleting the old *.so) has nothing to do at all with being or not being a 'rolling release'. And leaving the 'libpng12' in place is a much easier solution that requiring a user to re- install it if he doesn't want to update all packages right now. Ciao, -- FA O tu, che porte, correndo si ?
