Maybe a nice alternative is to use alternative privacy-focused frontends like redlib[1] or teddit[2]. They're goal is exactly to allow access to Reddit to everyone without a bloated interface or letting Reddit have your data. It's a few months that reddit blocks many kind of visitors. Your IP is from middle east? Blocked.
From China? Blocked. From a proxy server? Blocked. From a VPN? Blocked. With Tor? Blocked. With fingerprinting resistence? Blocked.
I have tried all of them and more. It's a long while that I cant open reddit. I even cant register from browser.
Happily so. I don't remember the benefit of it durig a few years.
