[arch-general] Wrong bug report mentioned in pacman 4.1 news

https://projects.archlinux.org/pacman.git/tree/NEWS#n21 display repo in VerbosePkgLists output (FS#26334) https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/26334 talks about something else. Bug report number is IMHO wrong, but I don't know which one should it be. VerbosePkgLists shows repo for some time, but it used to show it in a different way https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/13364
