The keywords 'archlinux aur' will bring couple wiki links that nail the whole question.
And more importantly... because, as laid down in the FAQ <https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/FAQ#I_am_a_complete_GNU.2FLinux_beginner._Should_I_use_Arch.3F>, Arch users are expected to RTFM as a matter of official policy. Arch is user-centric, not user-friendly. -- Eli Schwartz
