[arch-general] ttf-dejavu putting files in the wrong place
Hi The fontconfig for the package should go in /etc/fonts/conf.avail since I was advised to create symbolic links to /etc/fonts/conf.d/ to enable specific features. If this is not the case, the wiki needs to be updated. Thanks guys! Regards Jagan
When I updated that package here yesterday, I had file conflicts and resolved them by removing from /etc/fonts/conf.d and then reinstalled the package. Fortunately I don't use fonts since I've been totally blind from birth and there aren't too many other authorized sighted people looking at my screen all that often. This was addressed in the news as the update was being pushed. I suggest keeping up with the news as it is the main avenue for communication about breakage exactly like this. There is also an RSS feed available if the front page doesn't work well for you.

I should have the checked the front page. But since it is rarely updated I get lazy at times to check it. I should just subscribe to arch-announce as someone suggested. Thanks! Regards Jagan
