This output is showing something very wrong and I checked all my files with thunar. all files were small with hidden files shown. My virtual disk files(.vdi) are stored on /mnt/extra(other hard drive). I used virtualbox earlier today so it did something most likely Any ideas what could be wrong?

Looks like you have 48 GB for WinXP logs... probably some out-of-control logger for Virtualbox. Try looking into the logs folder itself, it seems to indicate something's there at least. Use ls -la in the terminal.

Hmm...true don't know how I missed that. 1 log file was 47GB big but when I opened it it was empty. O key, I deleted the log file. Started the virtualbox and I am watching conky how my free space drops right now and how another empty log file is being made.
