[arch-general] opal package out of date for long
Hello. It seems that the package opal is out of date, and marked such for a year without it being updated. The current version in arch is 3.10.3, the newest is 3.14.3, if I remember correctly. Any suggestions about what to do in this case? I'm not sure if such mails belong to this list or not.
Hello I think it's kept out of date because ekiga works only with that version of opal. You can try to build it yourself using abs (probably not without difficulties) and remember to rebuild ptlib too. On 14.04.2015 01:55, Michał Zegan wrote:

I am not sure but I can check it tomorrow. However wherever they say about ekiga 4.0 on that page: http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Download_Ekiga_sources there is opal 3.10. On 14.04.2015 20:06, Michał Zegan wrote:
