[arch-general] retext in aur is broken?
I installed retext in the aur, but the retext seems broken. $ retext Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/retext", line 22, in <module> from ReText import datadirs, globalSettings, app_version File "/usr/lib/python3.5/site-packages/ReText/__init__.py", line 17, in <module> import markups ImportError: No module named 'markups' But I found python-markups package installed in my system which provides this module. What's wrong with it? - mudongliang
You should post a comment at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/retext/. Btw. this is the AUR general mailing list: https://lists.archlinux.org//listinfo/aur-general However, the best bet to reach the maintainer is to write a comment. Regards, Ralf

Hello, you'll have to recompile and reinstall python-markups. Python has been updated from 3.4 to 3.5 and the location for modules has changed. Rebuilding the package without changing the PKGBUILD (maybe increment the pkgrel) will fix it. ProgAndy
