Correction, both ddgr and ddgr-git throw error 202 when run. What is error code 202? I've never encountered that error code in connection with html yet. -- Jude <jdashiel at panix dot com> "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo. Please stop opening new threads all the time and reply to you initial mail instead. For more information see the article about General Guidelines[0]. Cheers, gromit [0]: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/General_guidelines

The issue has been reported upstream [1]. Apparently, something has changed on DuckDuckgo's side, provoking that issue. Upstream is considering archiving ddgr's repo if this persists [2]. If that happens, I will drop the package from Arch repositories. Thanks, If I do a similar search using surfraw-git with sr duckduckgo gentoo speakup that works though it does go through lots of pre-processing before it works something like passing through certificate validations twice.

Upstream has pushed a fix for this issue [1] which I backported into the ddgr Arch package [2]. ddgr v2.1-5 including the fix is available in [extra] ;) [1] https://github.com/jarun/ddgr/commit/15f91df06079847143f5915e53fe6e7c588da80...
