The new watchdog 5.13 package removes the rc.d scripts and conf.d files. There is a systemd service file for watchdog included. There is no service file for wd_keepalive, because the functionality of wd_keepalive is provided by systemd - just uncomment RuntimeWatchdogSec=20 in /etc/systemd/system.conf.
