[arch-general] Ignored configuration settings in .gtkrc-2.0
Hi, I've added the following lines to my .gtkrc-2.0: gtk-key-theme-name = "Emacs" gtk-can-change-accels = 1 But they seem to be ignored... Thanks, -- Bastien

If you have arch up to date, could it be you're using gtk-3.0 instead? And then: http://lists-archives.org/gtk/12496-is-there-an-equivalent-to-gtkrc-2-0-in-g... Just some quick thoughts, :-) -- Javier.

Yes, you're right (I checked that with pacman -Qi zenity). The following settings.ini works: [Settings] gtk-key-theme-name = Emacs The second line don't work but I guess I must change 1 to TRUE or something else... Thanks, -- Bastien

In fact, gimp seems to be using gtk2, and the second line is still ineffective... -- Bastien

Thanks,
start by saying first what application does ignore this settings, what desktop environment you use etc... -- Ionuț

I don't use any DE (my WM is dwm). The settings are ignored by all the GTK applications I use (Gimp and Zenity for example). -- Bastien
