Err .. "ABS", yeah, sorry.
If you got a specific package, you could just use https://www.archlinux.org/packages/: - search your package and click on "View Changes" - click on the commit message from the date you want - there's a "download" link to a tar.gz containing the old PKGBUILD

ABS != AUR
Flow, you can get it through SVN or the Git mirror. Info should be in the wiki.
