I think this is expected, as upstream has dropped support for lv2[0] and therefore the maintainer dropped it for arch aswell[1]. The leftover package is just still there because of a tooling problem (dropping a split pkg), that is atleast how I understood it.

Looks like the maintainer just forgot to delete surge-xt-lv2, but that's kind of a non-issue; you'll still have to deal with the old, no-longer-supported package yourself.
