Hello! I'm blind. I decided to try Arch Linux. Installed on a virtual machine with an accessibility installation. But after running, the synthesizer doesn't work! How can I turn it on? Also using OCR, I can not log in using my root password. Please help me! Thanks in advance!

are you sure that installed system is booting?

Hello.
I installed espeakup and enabled espeakup.service.
After reboot I have login window, but espeak doesn't work.
And I canot login, password doesn't work.
I will make sure this service is detected and enabled in Archinstall in the future.

When you do a virtual install, please test the virtual sound card to see if it will work before finishing the virtual install. If that sound card hasn't been correctly provisioned, speech will be impossible on a virtual system no matter what operating system is installed. I only install on real iron so can't help you with virtual systems. Maybe the arch wiki has a good article on virtual systems you can read as a learning tool.

I strongly prefer serial console over any form of console screenreader when doing virtual machine installs. I think it's better in many ways but might be more difficult to set up initially.

Serial screen reader installs are only possible for those with hardware speech synthesizers attached to the serial ports. No hardware speech synthesizer then use of the sound card in whatever form be it traditional 3.5mm plug or usb port or bluetooth if pairing of a bluetooth speaker is possible with a bluetooth card or computer.
