Yes, We got that point, thanks for clearing it up and, sorry to hear. You have posted to the correct list, but it will take one of the Arch powers that be that deals with that access to help you. Have you still not received a response from your e-mail to accountsupport@archlinux.org? It will take one of the folks there with the authority to help you.
