Got the latest samba 4.16.1-4 and had part way expected the fix for: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15062 To be included. I guess samba will wait for the next minor version number release to include it. However, I noticed the packager had cherry picked a gnome print fix and wondered if you could cherry pick the [homes] fix also. This bug prevents the normal [homes] share from appearing as a share making $HOME unavailable. -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
